¶ The Exquisite Corpse series invites poets to enact the Surrealist concept whereby the poets take turns composing a handful of lines that are passed onto the next poet (who only sees the lines immediately above where theirs will go) until finally a collective poem is revealed. What exactly of the poets' unconscious is unlocked is anybody's guess!
