RICHARD TETRAULT (Canada)

Richard Tetrault is a Vancouver-based painter, printmaker and muralist who has exhibited in more than fifty solo and group exhibitions worldwide. Tetrault’s public murals and collaborations can be seen in community centres, housing cooperatives, public schools, streetscapes and other venues. Over the past thirty years he has collaborated on numerous public projects in Mexico, the United States, Argentina and Canada. A book on Tetrault’s work was recently published, entitled Painted Lives and Shifting Landscapes (Anvil Press, 2004), while Signs of the Times (Anvil Press, 2006), a book of poetry by Bud Osborn and prints by Tetrault, won a Canadian book award for design.
